Endangered Kind is a community-aligned organization that equips vulnerable young men to navigate and overcome violent systems, build a life beyond survival, and strengthen local safety through grassroots leadership.

We specialize in building trust with high-risk groups, mediating conflicts, increasing neighborhood capacity, and coordinating resources to address violence at its root. By combining on-the-ground relationships with the latest technology and a commitment to social empowerment, we reach those often overlooked and create spaces that protect identity, restore dignity, and foster belonging.

Our work is carried out through three core programs: Community Outreach, Violence Intervention, and Community Development.
